Freedom to BE Our Authentic Self
Happy July 4th week to all of you from Terry & Marj!
We began speaking and giving workshops as we were writing our book. Our spiritual lives were just bursting to be told. We now are speaking in front of audiences about The Light GAP: God’s Amazing Presence. We can do that without fear! You see, I remember only too well when fear was driving my life. It was ruining my health! I was afraid to tell my NDE story because I feared judgment or condemnation about my beliefs from people around me. I needed to be able to be spiritually balanced, relax and be my true authentic self. God helped me in tremendous ways to find the courage to speak out. I finally achieved my own “Independence”. It brought balance to my life. I was overwhelmed with joy and peace. Even though I have encountered critical people that question truths, it no longer brings fear. I was able to heal my body as well as my emotions because I enjoy the FREEDOM in our country to speak out and be me! I am free!
Can you imagine what it must be like to live in countries where people always live in fear about expressing their beliefs? How difficult that must be! We are free!
Many of us get hung up in the politics on these patriotic days. (And unfortunately every day on social media!) We realize we are experiencing very tumultuous times. Our founding fathers relied on God to guide them. Imagine the horrible fears inside the men who wrote our constitution. Those were very trying times and we can only view with marvel the result that has lasted. Our country still says ~ In God We Trust! We know that love will win out, it always does. That’s because in spirit we are pure love. God is pure love. He is watching and counting on all of us to wave our flags for freedom. We can make a stand for peace, kindness, compassion, non-judgment, love and the ability to enjoy our religious freedom and the freedom of speech! We can all go into our world and LIGHT those dark skies, even without fireworks by giving our love to others without judgement!
We have all spent days seeing flags everywhere, listening to patriotic music, and viewing spectacular fireworks filling the dark skies with sparkling light! We are very grateful to be living in a country that is free. We are free and able to make our decisions about life without fear of retribution from our government. Religious freedom was written right into our constitution. Our hearts flow with gratitude for the freedom to celebrate our independence!
