YOUR  Smile!

Have you ever wondered at a person you passed in a store that simply looked at you and smiled for no reason at all? This happened to me today as I was dashing down an isle trying to get my grocery shopping done in record time! Now, that’s not my usual style. I am often the one watching out for the busy moms with kids, young people that look like they are in a race against time, and the elderly people struggling to walk. I very often step aside and smile as they pass by. But, this time it was me on the receiving end of a very warm genuine smile. And you know what happened? I slowed down after that asking myself if there was really a big reason I was trying to do my fast walking in the grocery isles! I needed to save that for a a nice warm springy day outside! Like TODAY!

Somehow our Spring “teasing” weather can really put us in a cheery mood regardless of all of the challenges we have going on at the moment. Springing FORWARD in time is however, not my idea of taking on the seasons naturally! I will still love the beautiful sunrises over my lake which is now ice free with ducks that have returned, birds that are singing, and even a swan that came to visit the other day! Oh yes, even a single beautiful swan brought a GREAT BIG SMILE. I had to make sure Doug woke up in time to see him or her!

Have you ever given thought to the vibration of YOUR smile? I’m not sure where this thought came from, but I’m realizing that another person’s beautiful warm smile simply moved right on over to my body. And YES, my body reacted. I felt it, most likely because I am so in tune with my own vibrational level at given times during my day. I’ve experienced this higher vibrational level not just in AM meditation times, but throughout my day. I’m sure I’ll never know exactly what the vibration level of my smile is, but I DO KNOW it is there.

I do believe that each one of us has a unique quality in our genuine smile, entirely YOUR own! And I know that YOU have a very unique to you vibrational level in that SMILE! I had to do some searching with back emails and saved items. BUT I found what I was looking for from a group called The UPLIFTer. I always love their by-line, “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for…” And I will say that to YOU right now…YOU are the one we’ve been waiting for! In other words, YOU are the one your own SELF has been waiting for…YOU are that powerful!

We are all living in our human body at this point in time. Life can be difficult, our world is very difficult right now. Each and every one of us can SHARE a bright beautiful SMILE to another in need! We will never know how far reaching this concept can be for strangers as well as loved ones in our lives.
