Hidden…yet THERE!
Hidden…yet THERE!
There is a hidden burst of light within each of us that is modeled by a sunrise every morning! Sometimes we see it and sometimes it seems like it is simply not there! And yet we know without a doubt that our earth is in the same orbit and that gorgeous ball of sun is THERE, even when it is hidden in the trees or under huge thick clouds.
The other morning I was enjoying the thought that the clear sky I was seeing was going to help me really SEE a beautiful sunrise. I watched as it was hidden in the trees.Then when it burst forth in the sky there was a beautiful orange glow to the sky. As I began my meditation in the dark I felt like the light within me had simply been extinguished by difficult happenings, thoughts that led to a difficult night’s sleep, and waking up with a thought…do I REALLY need to get up now. Hmm…not good. A recipe for a downer day. But, I was very wrong.
Before I go any farther with this story I am hoping that each of you will join Marj and I in prayers for our country, the troops and their families, the people of Iran and all of the Middle East. It is a very sad time in our history and unfortunately we are all going to be living IN it no matter our beliefs or anxiety over what is happening. Knowing that our son is still in the Army Reserves makes us nervous with the remembrance to cherish each and every day. A phone call to my son always lifts my spirits regardless and he simply knows HOW to put my heart at ease. But, as he hung up, he says, “But you know I have to be flexible like always.” Now you know why anxiety was settling into my thoughts…but read on!
I took time to take a few pictures so I could show Doug the beautiful sunrise. He too had a restless night I know. I was asking for help from my angels, guides, my brother Bill, Jesus, and anyone out in the spiritual realm for help and guidance. As I stood in my window a huge LIGHT illuminated the ice right in front of me. I thought…how interesting. Why? I could feel the vibrational level of my body accelerating in a huge way. I always LOVE that feeling because I know there is a presence there with me. Finally, I looked more closely and there in front of me had to be at least 20 web looking images in the ice. I sat studying them and thought…wow, I love each and every one of them with different patterns. I went downstairs and outside (in my bare feet!) Beautiful messages for me…and very cold feet as I ran inside! The images remained all day for me to enjoy and relive my experience.
Do you remember that Marj and I used the spider web as a visual not only in our book, but in presentations? I will quote from our book because it was Marj that was talking about a meditation experience while writing curriculum for children that brought this into spiritual thoughts of love. She quoted a Shawnee tribes’ version of the golden rule that she found in a book by Ilene Cooper.
“Do not injure your neighbor, for it is not he or she that you injure; you injure yourself.”
Marj went on to talk about how “We are all connected. We are all one.” Pg. 130
After my Near Death Experience, I knew that beyond any doubt. But when I read the Shawnee’s knowing…I can’t help but say our country is hurting itself and in turn it is hurting every one of us. So if you are having emotional feelings right now that are difficult…KNOW that your emotions are connecting to the field! So, ALL of us can send LOVE messages instead and we DO make a difference for peaceful thoughts all the way into Iran, the Middle East and across our country! There is a POWER within us that lives and breathes within us…let’s ALL use it to help our own lives be positive and upbeat and help our fellow travelers in this lifetime!I learned that this image of the outstretched web is a message that ALL of my guides and angels are responding! This is not a concept just for me…it’s for YOU! I share that arm reaching out to help you be in a life that can always have beautiful help in all the ways that you are needing at any given moment in time!
I’ve never seen such a phenomemon! It must be man made and especially for you in just that moment! Beautiful!!
You are so attuned to signs and symbols. Let this be a lesson to all of us to ask, watch and listen.
