Transitions
TRANSITIONS…
At the moment it feels like some spectacular summer weather around me, but then I’ve wondered where summer went this year anyway?! All the conversations around us are telling us fall has arrived because of the start of schools, heavier clothing arriving in the stores, looming elections constantly bombarding our TV programming, plants that were thriving in the summer are looking lifeless, and occasionally there is a cool night to remind us that indeed cooler weather will be arriving.
Transitions
We deal with transitions most all of our life. As my spiritual life grew and changed…it seemed to happen with the passage of time. Early life experiences were always back there in the semi-conscious stage…remembering, but usually questioning what it all meant. THAT is where my thirst for “real” knowledge about God and the Universe began. In my early married life, my husband Doug and I were exchanging ideas from what our youth taught us vs. beliefs that seemed be coming to the forefront in our minds. Then after having children I know I REALLY had some incredible insights that seemed to be forming. And yet, just raising young children brought many questions.
And now I marvel at how quickly my own children grew and are such totally unique human beings in their own lives. And of course now with four grandchildren I KNOW without a doubt that each and every human in existence is on their own unique journey. I know that each “season” of our lives remind us that aging is all part of the human experience. Somehow we immediately translate these words to the physical parts of our body aging. But, what about our brain and the part of our “heart” that is not just a physical pump. As we age and more experiences become part of our existence, is there a natural progression to WANT to learn more?
Transitions
When I had my Near-Death Experience I was still a young mother of 34 years, but I began a much more significant part of my spiritual journey. My sources of information were coming less and less from churches I attended and more from worldly acquaintances, authors, books, and voices sharing information that I had not heard. They all somehow brought comfort into my BEING at times when I needed them.
I’m not sure exactly when I began using the word AWAKENING. But are transitions simply a form of AWAKENING? Now as I am watching the decline in my husband’s life, the process of aging affecting myself and so many of my friends, the death of my brother after already experiencing the deaths of our parents…is that when more and more information is simply GOING to enter our consciousness in one form or another?
Transitions
Embracing these thoughts has consumed what little time I carved out for inner self reflection during the past 2 -3 months. Unfortunately I recognized so quickly that stress and worry were consuming my thoughts instead of allowing the comfort of meditation to assist me in letting go of outcomes to a higher power…whether that be God, Jesus, Angels, Guides, or Loved Ones who have passed on to the next chapters of their eternal existence.
I have realized more and more that so many people are using the word “Awakening” in their newly published work. Many include the word in their titles, or if not, the word is used in incredibly powerful ways inside their chapters. I still want to go back and re-read Suzanne Giesemann’s newest book, The Awakened Way. I know it brought me comfort even though most of the material was not new. But, maybe a part of transitions is settling into KNOWINGS that are already within me.
I was realizing that a man I’ve enjoyed periodically throughout my journey, Mike Dooley, has surfaced again with a new book coming out October 1. The title is The Great Awakening: Our Prophesied Transformation and the Attainment of Embodied Enlightenment. He is allowing people to read the first chapter online, so of course I simply had to see what this book might be about. It’s worth taking a look.

Today in his email which always gives the words of wisdom of Mike Dooley -TUT…I found him talking about the concepts that seem to be ways of living life so that indeed we CAN stay on our pathway of learning that we might call AWAKENING. For me these words today were reminders that indeed boost our thinking, help us keep our hearts in the positive direction and taking steps forward in what ever way is most important for us!
Seven Truths That Give Me Comfort
💗 1. To any and every degree possible, do not take sides. Honor your own heartfelt leanings, preferences, and choices, without making anyone else “wrong.”
💗 2. Know that being alive at this crossroads in time is an extraordinary privilege. We’re living on the razor’s edge of reality creation, literally deciding the direction of humanity. You are among the chosen few who will usher in a golden age.
💗 3. Do not despair at the world’s chaos. Circumstances do not portend outcomes. No matter how scary or hopeless any situation may appear, beneath the surface big wheels are turning, there is order and unimaginable love at play, all moving in your favor.
💗 4. Highly evolved beings are now crowded around the planet – some physically, others through astral projection – excitedly watching as we navigate the same slippery slope their own evolution of consciousness required, probably millennia ago. Really!
💗 5. Refrain from judging others. Everyone is needed, here and now, as much as you are. The Universe could not exist one single day without every single one of us. Any darkness appearing in the world is doing so to be cleared.
💗 6. Your own unique great awakening began a long, long time ago. You’re growing so quickly that you’re not even the same person you were a month ago. You already embody the magnificence you chose this very lifetime to achieve, and yet, excitedly, you have even more magnificence to untap.
💗 7. Day-by-day, make every choice from the highest within you; lean in, act the part of someone who is awakened. Challenge yourself to be even happier in the density of time, space, and matter, as you come to know yourself as the eternal spark of the Divine.
Jambo Terry…and WOW! ALL of these are words from Mike Dooley…thank you Mike for helping enlighten my day and take comfort in my own KNOWINGS! I have shared his words with you hoping they too will enlighten your day as transitions in your own life allow the drifting of your thoughts from day to day.
Yes, I pre-ordered Mike’s book a couple of months ago, and am waiting for it. I’ve been getting his channeled messages from Tut, or probably his guides, who knows, for many years now. I enjoy them daily.
I know these past few months have been very hard on you and your sisters, and I also know that you are gaining growth and insights that are perfect for this time in history. It is good that you are beginning to go back to your ways of achieving peace for yourself. I’m sure you have received messages from your brother,
and if not yet, will soon, once you can clear your mind and heart a little from the chaos and grief that you have been going through.
Much love, and looking forward to next Tuesday evening.
Trudy
