THANKSGIVING is Gratitude

We are into the THANKSGIVING DAY week…chances are you have already eaten amazing food, had wonderful times with family, and are reflecting on all of the experiences. As you read this I will be in Atlanta with our son and his family enjoying their incredible energy for life. My grandchildren will be providing those beautiful HUGS full of love for both my husband and myself. Marj will be enjoying LIFE with our sister’s family in Madison, Wisconsin!

We would like to ADD to your holiday by wishing you the most beautiful of THANKSGIVING wishes.

We all KNOW how important gratitude IS in our daily lives. I know that at the worst of times, when I allowed myself during meditation and prayer to simply be THANKFUL for all that is RIGHT in my life…my mood changed immediately. That is my inner heart busy at work. I recognize the help I receive and all of my difficulties simply fade into the background.

For this post, I would like to leave you with some beautiful thoughts for your LIFE as you enjoy your weekend and move into another holiday season.

Dr. Wayne Dyer always made such an impression on me and changed my thoughts at very critical times in my life. I love these words of wisdom that are for all of us… the COLORS in our chakra system. Our bodies are the recipients! They are ALSO the colors of LIFE and very often on our plates as we eat a nutritious meal. His words can inspire us as we head into this month of December…full of love, but challenges that face each and every one of us. But, I am hoping the WORDS may help you navigate life this month!
