Spiritual EVOLUTION…

Life has a way of evolving in ways that we never quite know what to expect! Before, during and after our publication of our book, The Light GAP: God’s Amazing Presence, we had an incredible amount of Spiritual learning that was happening in our lives. This was happening mostly through Spiritually motivated workshops, people and especially books! Back then I don’t think I would have used the word podcasts, because they were not all that prevalent yet in our lives. Lately both Marj and I have been revisiting some of the people and writings that were so dominant in our lives! Dr. David R. Hawkins keeps showing up for us! We know that it is a sign for us to pay attention!  We are enjoying the challenge to look back, re-read and find NEW books that neither of us have read until now! You can look forward to  many thoughts arriving to us along with our current thinking! We are both EVOLVING…and therefore I loved the words  used by Dr. David R. Hawkins wife Susan Hawkins… Spiritual EVOLUTION! While Dr. Hawkins died in 2012, his life simply lives on in in the life of us all!

In this process of reflection, I found a recent podcast from Lee Carroll channeling Kryon, who always shares such great insights that I wanted to listen.  He has very current spiritual concepts. He was mentioning at least three of the people we have followed and learned from including Dr. David Hawkins, Gregg Braden, and Bruce Lipton! But, this time what really resonated with me was his mentioning Gregg Braden along with the concept of Heart-Coherance! I spent a long time listening to Gregg Braden both in person and online helping us understand a very basic scientific concept…how our HEART can connect in coherence with the Universe to bring about healing! And that is only the beginning! I wrote about this in the past and how important it was for my understanding of how and why we can ALL heal ourselves! As we all age and wonder about our existence…the evolution of my thinking resonates right back to this concept! Here are some of the thoughts I wrote down during this event!

Lee Carroll explained that Heart-Co-hearance is a tool! Co-hearance puts us into compassion, love, and kindness. Aren’t we ALL striving for that? I know I am wondering how to achieve coherence with a person in my midst that needs help! It’s an elevated process…heart to heart. How far is the extent of the heart…a good 10 feet he claims and it is measurable! Imagine that you are with the presence of someone you love and you want to achieve coherence with their heart? How do we do that and why is it important?

Lee Carroll talked about an elevated process when we connect heart to heart. There is an energy of consciousness and BEING the change can help us navigate the future of our lives. I so remember Gregg Braden sharing how Heart Coherence helps us connect into our soul essence. As my spiritual life EVOLVED over many years I remember the MATH that is actually showing us graphically what our heart waves look like when they come into coherence with another individual.  

Lee Carroll talked highly of the work that Gregg Braden did to bring the heart-brain connection to the world. There is a harmonious communication between the heart and our brain and it is KEY to well being! The HeartMath Institute has spent over three decades researching the connection. After years of documented research they freely  share how the heart and brain work together to support clearer thinking, steadier emotions and better performance.  This harmony shows up in your heart rate variability (HRV) patterns. It is very worth our time to check out all of new research that this amazing organization has advanced. You can find a lot of information on www.heartmath.org. There are also MANY YOU-Tube videos available to learn so very much more.

But, today…all of this reflection has to do with how every single one of us can navigate our future. This connection can help us connect to our soul essence. Always asking your own guides and angels to help you is key to the connection that is so available through your body’s heart~brain connection to the Universe! My own words of “Show me what I do now” is how we can put the prayer into place for ourselves to keep advancing our own Spiritual Evolution!
