VOICE of Intuition

There are times when I actually HEAR a voice while I am in meditation. It is my name that is called. Sometimes the voice is male and sometimes it is female. Years ago this would have me in a state of anxiety thinking there might be something wrong.  Of course I no longer believe that at ALL! I always wonder if sometimes I am imagining the voice…but now I don’t question it. For the most part, I simply turn the question back and ask what do I need to know now? I fantasize hearing a voice BACK telling me something.  That has not happened either, but I simply KNOW that it is all coming to me through LOVE. There is no fear. I do believe that these are powerful signs for me. Was this a VOICE reminding me that I need to listen to my intuition about something?

This  happened the other day, as I was dreading the contents of an afternoon Dr. appointment for my husband. I sat and made a list of my thoughts and needs so I could not forget to bring up the concerns  to the Dr. But, I simply did my usual asking, “What do I need to know now?” As I was showering that day and getting ready for the day, I thought…why didn’t I ask who is this? Hmm…so I asked in the shower. “Who are you? Please let me know.” I KNOW that I have God, guides and angels with me all the time. But, I did not hear an answer back to that question either.

I had listened to an interview with Suzanne Giesemann as she was interviewing Dr. Sue Morter. I loved the message of Bio-Energetic Medicine that she talks about. But I also remembered that she shared a statement that I could instantly identify with. “The more we talk about our experiences that we now want to call normal instead of paranormal, the more experiences happen!”~ Dr. Sue Morter. Suzanne asked her why that happens. She said it is because we are accessing higher and higher vibrations each and every time. That is SUCH a true statement when I look back on all of the experiences I HAVE had! The more I shared them with other people, the more experiences I began to have.

Well, on this particular day of being nervous over a Dr. appointment, I woke up way too early in the morning. I had looked at the time on my clock and it was 4:44. I simply thought, interesting. I turned over and tried in vain to get back to sleep. So after I got out of the shower and finished lots of important morning needs,  I thought maybe the voice this morning wanted to remind me of something. YES, that VOICE of INTUITION! So, I went to my phone and looked up the forgotten spiritual meaning of 4:44.

Here is what I found.

“A powerful sign of Divine protection, stability, and encouragement from the Universe of spiritual guides. Frequently seeing 444 indicates you are on the right path, prompting trust in your journey, affirmation of your hard work, and reminded that you are supported and SAFE.”

My voice of intuition simply took over my body. I thought, that’s the message! I had been trying to be in control of the whole doctor visit instead of trusting that God and the Universe were watching over us. I needed to trust that I was getting help! I relaxed, my body felt calm, I started joking with Doug and having fun with him all morning after this. I can learn to trust that wisdom is being sent to the people that are helping with medical decisions. All of my need of control was simply bringing in anxiety and the lack of staying in the present MOMENT. I already knew my responses would be true with my beliefs. That doctor visit went way better than I had imagined and this time 2 doctors had come in for a procedure and explanations of what was found along with guidance to go forward. Trust the Universe…and TRUST that VOICE of intuition! That trust brought the love and caring compassion that was needed.

And then of course my sister Marj sent the JUST RIGHT POEM for me at JUST the right time… Coincidence? Of COURSE not!

A Voice Through the Door ~ Rumi

Sometimes you hear a voice through the door

Calling you, as fish out of water

hear the waves, or a hunting Falcon

hears the drum’s calling. Come back. Come back.

This turning toward what you deeply love

saves you.  Read the book of your life,

which has been given you.

A voice comes to your soul saying,

Lift your foot.  Cross over.

Move into emptiness

of question and answer and question.
