Inner Goodness

Inner Goodness

On the heels of of Valentine’s Day we still hear about healing the heart and keeping it healthy. February seems to be dedicated to our health in our human body, as well letting LOVE settle into our hearts to keep our LIVES feeling complete!  When I think of the ongoing picture going forth I believe the real secret to keeping our hearts healthy is to FIND and USE our Inner Goodness to drive our decisions as we convey positive messages across our planet! A healthy HUMAN heart will follow!

We are all living at such a complicated and difficult time in the history of our country, so looking for the goodness that lives in ALL could be the secret to keeping each and every one of us as healthy as possible. Deep in our hearts we KNOW we are good people. Making sure that we celebrate our goodness is perhaps a little more challenging. We all make mistakes or ruminate on past mistakes that we feel may even still be “driving the bus” so to speak. Allowing ourselves to let GO of all our past rumination, we can allow LOVE to propel us forward instead.

KNOWING beyond a shadow of a doubt that God or our Supreme Source is pure unconditional love, allows the heart to feel and practice our inner goodness on a  regular basis! I have enjoyed all of the “worldly” bantering about of the word love as Valentine’s Day was celebrated. But too often I could see the very “holiness” of love swept away by how we should “buy” our way through someones love or find it in a packaged sort of way to meet the occasion.

There is a reciprocal type of love that we have talked about in past posts, but it is really worth our time to revisit the concept. When YOU put love out in your life in any way…it comes right back TO you in incredible ways. This is also a concept of science that has proven the reciprocal energy that exists in our Universe. We can look at the INFINITY Symbol as a way of representing this kind of much needed love in both ourselves and in the world around us right now.Click on the image and enjoy the thoughts that come to you!

I was reading one of Anita Moorjani’s Facebook posts and I simply loved the way she phrased her words on Valentines Day. Because of her very profound NDE that she has written about in her books, and because Dr. Wayne Dyer brought her forward to let her light shine on us all…I love following her even still today. The two of them are a huge examples of how the Infinity Symbol represents the real life of people here on earth. She experienced that same unconditional love as I did during my NDE. And yet, every one of us can relate to her Inner Goodness that she has allowed the world to see! You and I can do the very same thing!

Here are just some of Anita Moorjani’s words on Valentine’s Day that touched my heart!

Love is something that we BECOME!

Love is presence

Love is kindness in ordinary moments

Love is compassion for strangers

Love is gentleness with ourselves

Love is the energy we choose to bring into every interaction.

When we live from love, we change the collective energy of this world.

You don’t need a partner to celebrate love

You don’t need a partner for a special occasion to express love

You don’t need a partner to announce love online

You don’t need a partner for it to be real.

You can send love RIGHT NOW…

You can send love through your thoughts

You can send love through your actions

You can send love through your presence.

Today I invite you to join us in something simple but powerful.

Let’s consciously send love into the world to the people we know, to the people we don’t know, and to ourselves!

This is the kind of love that heals.

This is the kind of love the world is asking for!

Will you join Marj and I along with all of Anita Moorjani’s followers to bring more LOVE into our world? THANKS…

  1. I did it. I sent love to my family, my friends and acquaintances and to all sentient beings, especially to those whom we may consider to be a stain on the history of humanity, living and dead. The Buddhist “Prayer of Lovingkindness” almost covers it.
    Thanks, Terry.
