FLOW of Life…
FLOW of Life…
We are FREE at any moment in our life to simply ALLOW the flow of life to take away our stressors. Perhaps new ones arrived recently. The substance of water simply always comes into our thinking when we use and think the word FLOW. When we really think about Living in the Flow…it challenges our thinking just a bit more. In the forefront of my mind, I like to think I can simply keep living and in each and every present moment make sure FLOW is guiding my decisions. For myself sometimes it helps me to take a quick meditation moment, close my eyes briefly and allow visualization to help me out. There are many, but here is one of mine.
I close my eyes and picture myself floating on a wave in the ocean allowing the sunshine to envelope me and allowing the water to keep me cool and relaxed…landing on the sandy bank in complete ecstasy. But, I have to chuckle when my over active mind also pictures a wave coming crashing over me just as a group of children come romping by laughing…waking me to reality. And yet, because they are children, they simply KNOW how stay in the flow, keep laughing, and enjoy life! What great advice for me! KEEP laughing and enjoy life!
That illustration is the challenge of living in the flow allowing what will BE to simply BE. Water is such a good analogy. We can’t live without water, it nourishes and sustains our bodies. Rivers, streams, and lakes give substance to surrounding plants and animals. And yet, “the water has no plans to do any of that. It doesn’t plan to let us play in it, sail, ski or scuba dive. These are just some of the benefits that come naturally from water simply doing what it does and being what it is.” These are words that Dr. Wayne Dyer used to help us visualize that when WE allow ourselves to be in that flow of what is, we can clearly see how contented we CAN be when we allow life to animate and support us.
I am always taken with all of the truths written by Nikola Tesla. This one particularly caught my attention for many reasons, but it helps us understand the FLOW of Life in scientific terms.
“Our entire biological system, the brain and the Earth itself work on the same frequencies.” ~Nikola Tesla
In providing healing sessions, we are WORKING in the frequencies that are incredibly intelligent. But if our entire biological system, our brains and even the EARTH are tied into these same frequencies, we ARE always in the flow…when we allow it in. Reconnective Healing helps us “feel” that flow no matter the outcome of changes in our bodies.
Suzanne Gieseman’s Awakened Way Daily Message last week somehow put some of the words into place for me.
Go There
Go there in your dreams: that place where magic happens, where anything is possible. Go there in your daydreams … that state where ideas spring up and dance with each other without dismissing them as folly. Go there in your waking consciousness … that childlike state of imagination, play, and wonder, and wonder no longer just how much is possible for you. Take off the shackles of the rational mind which holds you prisoner to thinking. True creativity arises from beyond the mind that you have learned so much to revere.
You are so very loved.
I love the thought that I simply go there in the place of my dreams, where ANYTHING is possible. She mentions going there in your daydreams, your waking consciousness…to that childlike state! Go back and read those words one more time, they are SO VERY POWERFUL for us to LIVE in the FLOW of Life.
Perhaps you have already seen this November opportunity, but for myself I am hoping I will have time to join Suzanne and ALL of these incredible people for a FREE Online Summit. It is Ervin Laszlo’s UPSHIFT SUMMIT. It goes on for four days from Nov. 15 – Nov. 18. When you click on the link you will see some very familiar faces along with Suzanne Giesemann like Deepak Chopra, Michael Beckwith, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Jean Houston, Neale Donald Walsch and others I KNOW you will recognize! Once you sign up, there’s a small video that explains the name…UPSHIFT. I love it.
Thank you so much, Terry. I love the idea of water just being itself- it doesn’t plan on being all the things it is for everyone- it just IS!
