Aching HEARTS

I pulled the blogpost I had written for today. Instead I felt I wanted to simply write words that are sitting in my very heavy heart. The “ache” is real!  This is  how our Universe operates. When there are people that are suffering or angry, we all feel it physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally.

Energy circulating through the field around us, through us, and lands in our hearts. We feel drained. It is helpful for us all to remember the concept. These are not simple fancy words~ we are ALL ONE ~ it means we are all connected energetically! Just like I am a catalyst for energy healing from a distance in a good way, our bodies are the recipient of very low energy when tragedy strikes so many people. Our energy is being zapped each time we hear words or images that simply tear at our hearts.

My heart aches for young children and teachers that are now lighting up heaven with their beautiful souls!

My heart aches for grieving parents and families who never had a chance to say good-bye to their precious children.

My heart aches for our nation’s teachers who are struggling to cope with difficult conversations in their classrooms.

My heart aches for families having very tough discussions with their children as they leave for their own schools.

My heart aches for our country…being in turmoil trying to understand how killing in our nation’s schools and  churches has become common place. And yet, our population can’t seem to come to any agreement as to how to stop it!

LOVE is in the hearts of SO MANY of us. We CAN and do make a difference in what we say and do!

Children are our nation’s most precious resource…

Marj and I hope that through this Memorial Day we “remember” the tough struggles of our men and women who died protecting our country.  I believe we also need to pray for the many who have died trying to help our country survive the ills in our society that are still ongoing in all of our lives.

I have no more words. Simply LOVE yourself, be in compassion for others, and kindness for all. These thoughts radiate out to our aching world. Being out in nature can heal and bring in positive energy. Sometimes our simple LOVE permeates into each family struggling through the difficult days ahead.

LOVE and HOPE for a memorable Memorial Day!                                                                 Terry & Marj

  1. Beautifully expressed. You speak for me. May we never be impervious to this grief for what others are suffering.

    • Thank you Mary for letting us know that our words spoke to you too. The suffering is deep, our compassion can lift a heart.
